Return Policy

- Customers can return their order within 3 days after delivery.
- To report a defective product, please send an image to voeyecareofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 3-4 business days.
- If returning items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned; partial returns are not accepted. For manufacturing issues or other inquiries, contact us at voeyecareofficial@gmail.com.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable for returned goods. Additionally, replacements cannot be gift-wrapped.
- Returns incur a Rs. 100 deduction from the refunded amount.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, log in to your voeyecare.com account and go to the 'My Orders' section. Click on 'View/Edit Order Details' for the relevant order.
- Self-Ship: Since we do not offer reverse pickup, please self-ship the product to us.

Process for Self-Shipping:
Please securely pack the items to prevent loss or damage during transit. All items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.

Upon receiving the product at the warehouse, a refund will be initiated to your account, excluding any courier charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Avoid using private couriers for returns as they are not reliable. We recommend using 'Speed Post- India Post' for courier service, as it is a Government of India-owned entity with the most extensive postal network in India.
